Hello, my name is Simon Starr and I’m responsible for some of the internet.

I’ve been a full time Ruby developer since 2008 and in that time I’ve written code and built sites for Thomson Reuters, Marie Claire, Kajima, Good Energy and various startups. In fact, building web apps for startups has become a bit of a speciality and I’ve even got involved in a couple of my own.

At the moment I’m concentrating on building Cahootify and another top secret startup, as well as working for some long-term freelance clients. I also run the Bath Ruby User Group along with Andrew Nesbitt and Julian Cheal.

If you’d like to get in touch then you can find me on Twitter and various other places around the internet.
