QuickBooks Confusion

The form to register Intuit QuickBooks has this strange opt in/out bit at the end. Which checkboxes should I not be unchecking if I do want to opt out of not having them remove my details from their marketing database?

More importantly, why doesn't someone release some decent business accounts software for the Mac?
